Mirvac Speculative Fitout
Real estate group Mirvac looked to Plan A for their recent building upgrades in 410 Ann St, Brisbane. Two new tenancies on Level 6 were each to be created as a turn-key office solution to offer prospective tenants.
The defining idea behind this turn key solution for the future tenant, was to offer a whole lot more than a furnished office. A commercially compliant office design, with the most efficient use of space, was to be part of the package. As was a look and feel to the spaces, created to excite and retain staff. This amount of forethought in the design development process can be rigorous, and therefore would be of exceptional value to the offering.
The project consisted of two adjacent tenancies, with two completely different concepts.
A slightly larger 230m2 tenancy, accommodates all of the necessary office requirements, including a reception, boardroom and staff breakout area. With an exposed ceiling grid in black, and bright pops of colour throughout, the look is bold & eccentric. The concept calls to a vibrant team of office professionals, who thrive in a progressive environment.
The second 180m2 tenancy also includes all of the required office spaces, on a smaller scale. Back flipping for a completely different option, this style of tenancy is earthy and warm, with a palette of timber, red and neutrals. The boardroom features a custom printed timber table top, with plush seating, framed within a gloss red partitioning system. The overall scheme suggests comfort, style, and something a little bit different.
